James is the owner of Arnold’s Safe and Lock. He has been doing lock work for 17 years. His company services mainly government, industrial and commercial accounts. James is a member of SAVTA, ALOA, TOOL and MTLA.
EAST VICE-PRESIDENT
Raiford Ball PH.D, CML
Raiford has been locksmithing since 1975. As Jefferson Safe and Lock he serves clients in Jefferson, Hamblen and Grainger Counties, with limited service in the surrounding counties. Two unusual areas of work are recreational vehicle locks and InstaKey systems. He is also known as the man that opens 18-wheelers by making door keys.

Philip has been a TOOL member since 1998 and an ALOA member since 2002. Philip has been the owner of Hollingsworth Locksmith Service since 1997. He has two storefront locations, five employees, four service vans and serves West Tennessee and North Mississippi daily with safety and security products and services.
