This two-day class will help owners, managers and anyone else involved in the enterprise understand the complexities of running a profitable business. You will learn: The difference between owners and managers; what is meant by "managing;" how to read, understand and use a financial statement as a tool to make your business more profitable; and how to budget. Wouldn't you like to know how much money you're going to make next year before next year even starts?

This is a very intense class that could very well determine your future in this business. If your desire is to run a profitable Locksmith business this class is a MUST!! If possible bring at least 1 year’s financial records to class.

Cost: $175 for members, $225 for non-members. Lunch will be provided at no additional charge during both days.

Because this is such a special and important class for everyone to attend, we are extending our membership rate to all other Tennessee locksmith associations (i.e. ETLA, MTLA). Spouses are also encouraged to attend and will be charged the same member rate.
